I ordered Crocs Literide 360 On Jan 23rd and received it on Jan 27th but due to the issue on its sole I placed the return request on the same date.
Since then I am following up on their website/customer Support number and Mail ID but not getting the firm date of this product to get pick up.
As per the agent on the call, they had requested another team to raise new return request as the request that I raised on their website, they are not aware about its status as it is showing pending.
And when I asked about the new return request number they said it is still not generated by the concern team and they even not aware about its timeline.
