I bought a 'Blue Star Aura (DA60PMC) Desert Cooler 60 Liters' air cooler from croma on 19th May 2023. It was delivered in the evening of 20th May, and stopped working the next day.
Without any delay i registered the complaint on 21st may, specifying that the product is unreliable (defaulted in just ~4 hours of operation), and therefore i requested for 'Return and refund' in the customer care.
Instead of solving my problem, they registered 'Repair request' with the brand. I called the croma again and again reiterated my request for "Return and Refund", but they say that it can only happen if the product cannot be repaired (which is a near impossible case).
Today was the 6th call i made, and I succumed to their tactics, because when i reject to get it repaired and ask for return, they stop responding and do not act on my complaints.
Doesn't matter how much i want the product to get 'Returned and refunded', their will will prevail because now onus is on me because its my money and it was a mistake to buy from croma.
Because the product is unreliable we wanted it returned, but the croma denied us that and pressurising us to get it repaired instead. Was this information helpful? |
