We have purchased the LG Smart TV 43 Inch. Wide inv no SLA[protected] dated 22.10.23 from Croma show-room, Lower Parel Branch
But within a month I have observed white dot (( Dead Cell in the Led Panel ) on screen and the image lacks color brightness and the voice clarity also is not up to my expectation
We bought a TV on 22nd Oct and it got installed by 26th Oct.
This is to inform you that for replacement / Refund I have been following with Croma, Lower Parel Brach, ( Lower Parel Branch Manager and with their Customer Care Team Member Veronica from the 21st Nov till few days back . From last 7 days they have stop picking my call, neither responding to my email . Earlier whenever I had call I am just getting only one information that the LG is yet to revert back on this issue and we cant do anything until and unless they revert
At the time while purchasing it was only on the recommendation from Croma I had gone ahead and purchased LG instead of another Brand . Now I feel the Croma was giving the false assurance on the service of LG Brand
Please help in replacing the Model or help in refunding the amount
