Symphony 55 touch cooler is under 2 year extended warranty by Croma which was purchased last year, when we buy you force us to buy warranty saying all are covered under warranty.
Cooler had delay in starting and call was logged, next day it had fire suddenly, luckily no casualties, when technicians came and checked they said that motor is gone and had to be replaced, difficult to get parts
Today that useless ongo team calls and say it’s a malfunction of motor, it’s not covered under warranty by Croma
Such a pathetic response which you won’t say when purchasing, what is left in the cooler if motor is not covered, nothing is mentioned in the bill or anywhere
I have put the same response in Twitter dm for Croma and escalated it in email as well
