[Resolved] Croma — Water comes from ac indoor unit

I purchased croma 1.5 5 star as from tata retail store at kakinada on 04.04.24. The installation was done on 12.04.24 after repeated requested the service engineer. But after installation water was coming from indoor unit in ONE DAY. So plese send your service engineer to rectiry it . Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Apr 16, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved I have reaised a service request of my unit to be repaired, about my AC waterleakage, however the unit is just intaled just 4 days ago and the problem started 3 ago. we have contuinuously call the customer care an raising a request. they are simply closed the request how the complaint is closed without attending any body. who solved the problem. It is very shame full such a reputed company given this type of services. after 48 hrs of complaint no response comes from any service engeneer.
