Through this medium, I would like to describe my complaint against Crompton Greaves. I purchased a Crompton Wall Mounted Fan on 01.11.2020. To our surprise, its Swing mode was not working for which I registered a complaint with the customer care & got Complaint no as-[protected]. The technician visited after a few days of complaint that too after regular follow ups with the Service center. The technician said that the string needs to be replaced which controls the swing mode of fan. Another complaint was given to me which was- [protected]. Till today, the string has not been replaced. Its been more than 3 weeks. Sorry to say, but Crompton has Pathetic After Sales Service & their product are not more than toys. Kindly get the string changed or get the Fan replaced & installed at your end. Kindly also compensate for the same.
