I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I recently had with your customer support people - Anurag. I had attempted to make a booking using a voucher I received, only to be denied the service. This is unacceptable, especially considering the promotional materials and assurances provided with the voucher.

We purchased a 10 years holiday package from Taj India resort for Rs 1 lakhs 51 thousand. We have been trying to book properties through them for 2 years now but only response which "we get is that we are sorry, we don't have properties at this location". They are not able to provide properties in India as well as outside India. It is a harassment that they have taken this huge amount of money upfront yet are unable to provide promised services...
