Sir l received a damage product l return this damage product....

Hello Sir,

I want to lodge a formal complaint against Delhivery. I was expecting a delivery from this courier company on 18th July'2020 and after 24 days I am yet to receive the same. They do not have any cusotmer care number where I can reach out. Even I requested them to share the last point so that I can come down to collect the same. But I am not getting any response. The shipment was booked from shantipur on 30th july and reached dankuni warehouse on 1st august, 2020. Since then the shipment is showing to be stuck at dankuni warehouse and till today which is 7th august, 2020, the shipment hasn't been delivered at my address in kolkata.
The customer care number is not working and when i mailed, a standard reply was given and problem hasn't been resolved yet....

The delivery of product was scheduled for 31 july. I have also requested for urgent delivery.
But no delivery agent contacted me till now.
Now the shipping history is showing that “the order is cancelled by customer. Please deliver the product as soon as possible.

I had a product to be delivered on 2nd of aug. The awb number of the same is[protected]. But no delivery agent contacted me on that day neither visited my home address to deliver the package.

Now when i checked the status on delhivery, it is showing that "the order is cancelled by the customer".

Proper verification should be take place and action on whosoever involved in providing such fake/wrong information....

I got a tracking number from my ecommerce seller. But when i am trying to track through delhivery online portal, it is still showing as not picked. I even tried calling support team and dropped emails, but no response....

Please help me sir my phone not original product please refund my amount...

None of these packages were delivered to me...

And now they share fake proof of delivery!!!...

As per tracking it is at Kolhapur but your courier either not calling to customer or not
Deliver the parcel, It is most urgent...

While i received the product it was broken it is not possible for use so i return the product...

I placed my order on 10th july 2020 and the expect delivery date was 15th july 2020. Its been two weeks now and there is no update regarding my order. I had a pay on delivery order of a printer through amazon which was to be shipped with delhivery
but the delivery boy denied my doorstep delivery and instead asked me to get my package from their office in palidih, pathalgaon.
i went there and during payment they denied payment through card and via upi and demanded only cash as it was a big amount 16000 i had no cash but only card and could pay through upi.

I have already raised the complaint against the Delhivery Courier Services of West Garo Hills, Tura, Meghalaya twice. About their negligence of services that have been kept the customers' products (even the prepaid items) for 2 to 4 days (sometime for only one day) in their office and returned it back without any consent or concern (they don't even try to contact the customer) of customers.
