My package LR No.[protected] AWB No [protected] contains 4 No. Boxes were picked up on 27 Sept from Karnal(Haryana) and were expected to be delivered to Telangana on 3 Oct. Due to too much delay in delivery we arranged self pick up from Telangana HUB as suggested by Delhivery team but out of 4 Boxes 1 Box(approx cost of 80000/-) was found missing at telangana HUB. Which is still untraceable. Now I am feeling totally hopeless as I'm getting...

On 15th Jan Delhivery guy came to deliver my order from Okhai but failed to deliver as i didn't have the code he asked for. I couldn't find any contact number of Delhivery any where in the net. I'd already raised complaint with Delhivery also but no response....

Pl. note that material was booked by Air on 14th Jan from Kokkata to Pune ( Chinchwad ) docket no[protected]. Today is 19th January but material is not received. Pl. look into & do the needful on priority....

I have worked for delhivery as courier boy (Staff Employee) (kollam,
Kilikkollur branch). When shipments were low our team
leader (Nandhu Krishnan)forced me to work on other coworker's employement Id and he promised he will get my payment from them. It
is been two months and no contact from him. He is not
responding to my calls or messages. Due to this I am
forced to resign my job. This is cheating and...

On delhivery website there is no information about current location of my parcel, they are not sharing any information and it's been long time...

Mujhe mera courier nahi mila hai 20 thousand ka ye courier tha, delivery company or jis dealer ne bheja tha usne bhi koi reactions or respond nahi kiya . Tracking number[protected]...

I have an issue with my recent Amazon return order which was manifested at 29/12/2022 for return pickup at Udalguri delhivery till now it's not picked up today 17/01/2023 it's been more than 16 days so i decided to drop the package so i dropped my package on 14/01/2023 till today there is no update by the way i have raise an issue with delhivery customer support more than 10 times till now no resolution had given simply they updated and skipping...

I received my parcle on 4 dec and paid through the link given by delivery boy but the delivery boy said the company dint received the payment and again he made me to do the payment to him convencing me that the one payment will be refund but till date i hvent get refunded...i hve raise the query many a times but no respond...

I have raised a return request from ecom app. Delivery guy sent OTP for pickup but i am unable to get it so He says he cant pick up. To complain Delhivery customer support also ask for OTP which i am not getting.Even for your app login i dont receive OTP. Spoke to service provider they said there is no problem from their end as I receive all other messages an otp except the DELHIVERY one. Please do resolve it...

My parcel got stuck in last 5 days still i can't get any update everyday they are changing the delivery date but there is no proper update.
I need an urgent delivery pls do help....

I would like to bring it in your kind notice that my parcel arrived early morning in my city Karnal as per your website. After waiting till afternoon I check that parcel was not out for delivery. I need this parcel urgently so I went to vijaynagar office of delhivery. I was bluntly told that your parcel has not arrived. So either tracking is fake or the official at your warehouse/hub or whatever you call it is telling lie....

Delhivery center barhaj is not a centre to deliver at all. They just keep updating false info and finally return the order. Either it is via Amazon, Myntra, Pharmeasy or any source. Really frustrated with the updates and even they don’t pick up call. I tried reaching delivery agent who was on leave and received cancellation otp from someone else at the center. Even tried to call the center owner, he is also not picking call.

Delhivery After picking up. He went away from my address and After about 10 minutes he returned and updated as Brand mismatched which he verified in front of me while taking OTP. This is complete misconduct on part of pickup boy....

The agent[protected]was asking to pay 10 rupees to get the tracking details personally . also the anther agent who i booked my courier is not providing an actual delivery date. The sit shows a different tracking while the agent promised odeliver the product within3 to 4 daysLR Number:[protected]...

Tracking ID is[protected], Srinagar to Faridabad. No call was received nor any delivery was attempted. It's been more than 3 weeks now, & there's no clue regarding the package. Current status at the tracking page is showing that it has been returned when actually it out there some where. There were dry fruits in the package and the total value is Rs.7000/- Need help in this regard from this everyday harrasment....

Courier boy not deliverd my order and intensionally kept my item with him. status showing item delivered, I online purchased from V mart dress. and delhivery boy falsely not delivered but in app he showing deliverd .pls refund my amount ... AWB[protected]

My product is showing refused or cancelled by the customer. But I haven't refused the product. My product tracking I'd is [protected]...

I just don't understand how these guys are still in business with an exploitive intent toward the customers and after quite literally having an illegal SOP towards refunds.
You make the customers pay for insurance to make extra buck, and then when somebody claims back insurance, with all the right documents, just desert them, and yes make sure that the customer has no other way to contact you anywhere...

The brand ovecharges the shiopper after delivery. I shipped a box weighing 500 gms from jaipur to multiple parts of the city. Not only did the boxes arrive damaged, 2 days after delivery my account balance with their website suddenly says i owe them 7000 rs and all my products are calculated at a weight of 10kgs, which they did not inform me o[censored]ntil many days after my first 8 deliveries.
Moreover there is no customer service you can...

I ordered a pickup and drop service for a parcel. Even after 12 days they didn't shipped the product and i checked multiple times by raising a support request but not getting any response of the delay or what happened to my parcel which is having my laptop that is needed for my work.
The ordered date was on : 31st December 2022
