My subscription is registered with mobile no - [protected]
I have already subscribed for 6 months pack on ditto tv and few days back got messages from ditto tv that it will be auto upgraded to zee 5 and the existing subscription will be automatically available in new app.
Now as i'm trying to access ditto tv in old app it's not allowing me to open the app and forcefully download zee5 app but not allowing to access any content in the same and showing error "you have no subscription".
I have also complained the same in their app via "contact us" but no resolution till date.
Facing same problem since 16th feb 2018.
I need immediate resolution with adequate compensation for the period i'm not able access the same even paying for subscription.
