It's been more than 15 days since my shipment arrived at my nearest ecom express but it's still not delivered . I connected with multiple delivery agents none of them picked up my call and they are simply marking the shipment as undelivered due to "customer refused to accept" or " customer is not reachable". This is not acceptable at all Ecom.
