I would like to highlight the unprofessional and unsophisticated attitude of their customer care representative, Shruti and would the company to take a serious disciplinary action against her.At 12:00pm today, I get a call from this lady regarding the combo offers available on their website under deals of the day. She wanted me to login and have a look at what all products are on Offer.After having a discussion and taking thorough understanding of the product's guarantee/ warranty and payment methods, I asked them to call me at 3:00 pm for a final confirmation. So that in the meanwhile i can discuss these offers with my family, After the discussion, we decided not to go ahead with this offer. When this lady calls me at 3:00 pm to ask on my decision and final payment - I stated that we will not be interested as of now. Kindly check with us later sometime, when you have such deals in future.The lady started prodding that why i wouldn't be interested and why did i waste their time. I told her that i am a customer and i can take my time to decide to buy the product or not. Also, as a product seller its her job to talk to customers everyday, she cannot say that it was a waste of time for her. On telling this to her, she had the audacity of ABUSING me.
I am going to escalate this matter on social media sites and also to the highest authority of their company so that a strict action can be taken against this lady. I expect a personal apology from their customer representative in this regards.
EEZEECART will have to face serious repercussions regarding this, Thank god i did not buy any products, They are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. GUYS! pls be aware. FAKE COMPANY!!! Should be banned!! Was this information helpful? |
