Dear Sir, i have purchase online product 26.9.2015 received call on 26th of sept. 2015 from eezeecart online shopping company executive and said that you are selected for the deal of the day android mobile combo. Android mobile combo includes- android mobile micromax nite A311 1 pcs, sunglass 1 pcs, wallet 1 pcs, and watch 1 pcs for Rs. 8499/- along with assured gift of Samsung 32" LED. they dispatched product 4th Oct 2015. i found that mobile is karbonn Alfa A110 in place of micromax nite A311, wallet 1 pcs, watch 1 pcs, sunglass 1 pcs their glass is scratched and assured gift are not received...
When I called to the customer care they admitted that they have sent the wrong product and promised they will send the correct product before 8th Oct 15 when I did not receive the product then I called again and they again promised that I will receive the correct product by 10th Oct 15. I called again today but they refuse the admit their mistake and told that you just wait.
Please help me to get my money back or the correct product. Also give them the punishment in such a way that they don't even think to cheat innocent people in future.
The worst people I have ever seen in my life. I am also surprised to see that how such people are surviving by cheering others. shame on to the owner of the company who is allowing such type of wrong things in this country. Was this information helpful? |
