Dear All,
I have booked the Philips Gogear Spark 2GB Mp3 Player SA2925A - Color : Grey from BUY AT BRANDS on 19th Feb, 2013. Upfront Payment vide Credit Card was also made towards this booking.
Product Reference No. PGYZBKBEM was allocated for future correspondences.
However, i am heavily dissapointed that my product has not been delivered to me so far. I am trying to contact their customer care number (+[protected] from past 4-5 days, but no one responds to the call. Even i tried to put mail ([protected]@buyatbrands.com ; [protected]@buyatbrands.com) raising my grievances, but to no use.
I an highly frustrated due to such unethical practice followed by BUY AT BRANDS team.
Kindly help me.
