Excitel making fool their subscriber. They promise for 50 mbps unlimited just rupee 695 without tax after tax they charge 800 but they not provide more than 1 mbps pure internet spedd they making fool with peering bandwidth only hostar youtube and some website work well but not consume more speed they are very stupid busteds their agents were also fake. Don't take action in any single complaint everytime they told the problem is at your side....

Worst wifi network i have ever seen, they claim to refund the first month amount (If we are not satisfied with the internet service) i called them thrice in my first month but never got hear any thing new than 'we are sending a technician at your place', but the technician never visted my doorstep. I am on a 100mbps plan with excitel and i never get anything beyond 20-25 mbps.
I have raised my concern with the excitel team numerous times over phone and their ticketing system. All they come back to me is “they’ve checked and fixed the issue”; “there was an issue with the line and it’s fixed now”; “we’ve forwarded the ticket to the local vendor” etc. Etc. Hi. Please make sure you dont pay excitel company for connection. Ask them to give you connection first and then you pay. They took money from me and promised to give me connection in 24hours.
