Kindly note my service request MUM[protected] dated 24 April 2024, for servicing the HOB Nexus HT603 CRS BR CI was requested. The service technician visited on 25 April 2024 and said that two burners are not good, since it's in warranty period therefore the burners will be replaced. He took the pictures and video. However, on his second visit on 30 April 2024, he came up with new burners, one of the burners was fitted, second could not as its base was deformed causing gas leak. As per the service technician that part doesn't come in warranty and therefore I will have to pay for the part. Since it's material failure, it's not fault of customer, therefore should be replaced. Technician said he will speak to his Service Centre Head. On 01 May 2024, received call from Ratna Enterprises, Authorised Service Centre, Kurla Mumbai 400070. I did explain them the complaint, they said will speak to the Faber Co. So far no reply or call from them. Kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue at earliest.
