I am writing this email to register a complaint against the poor service provided by FedEx CBE. I have been facing a lot of trouble with the shipment of my product, which reached Bengaluru airport on 17th May. Although I submitted the necessary documents for KYC by20th May & gof aprooved also, it's been a long time now, and my shipment is still not cleared.
I have been constantly following up with your customer care executives, but unfortunately, they are unable to provide me with any status update regarding my shipment. They simply say that it is a part of the amendment process and it will take time as it involves paperwork.
Moreover, I had also sent the amendment letter from the shipper to your email id [protected]@fedex.com, also called your customer care service and asked them to forward it as it's a product needed for academic project purpose but there is no response from your end in terms of the work . This shipment is very crucial for me as it is meant for academic project purpose, and the deadlines are fast approaching.
I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by FedEx CBE, and it is causing a lot of inconvenience to me. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take immediate action to clear my shipment as soon as possible.
I hope that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.
