Fedex - small package stuck at bangoare fedex custom office.
My Indian friend from France sent my own small parcel to me. I forgot at his place in France. now, he sent on 28 March and arrived in Bangalore on 29th March. It is a non-commercial product for my individual use. I have already did KYC form filling up as per their instructions. Since it is clear from the consignee side and they acknowledged it. they told me by email to wait as they might contact the shipper (my friend) as well. I have requested them by email on the given email id ( [protected]@fedex.com or call on[protected]. This given phone number is not working and no response from [protected]@fedex.com. I asked my friend to send by urgent post to work on it and my parcel is still with FedEx clearance office ( in transit status). today, it is 5th April. Help me to get my small parcel. I am a student and want this parcel for my study. Can someone help me and respond to my email at [protected]@fedex.com or give me the right phone number to contact them. I really need my parcel. every single passing day is going in vain.
