My name is Danish and this email will serve as a written complaint against Fedex and its employees Ms.Deepti, Ms.Neha and Mr.Shrey Lath, as they have failed to follow up on this case ( Tracking#[protected].
I have continuously requested them to have my issue resolved but they literally took this matter very lightly.
Issue:
My package was shipped from the USA on 03/03/2023 and till today I have not received it. I have been only told that it's with the customs SIIB team and only they can release it.
I travelled to Delhi from Srinagar on 06/07/2023 to only get this issue resolved ( spending almost 30k ).
I went to the FedEx Cargo office at Airport and they assured me that this will be released in a few days and my trip to Delhi for this purpose will not be wasted. They only asked me to write a letter to SIIB team of airport customs to have my package released. I wrote a letter to the customs office and left that place.
But it's a shame that till today neither I have received any call, email or message.
By doing this act it's very clear to me that FedEx employees who met me at FedEx cargo office near Delhi airport also did not keep their word and fooled me.
I want the resolution to this matter asap, otherwise I will take this to the court and file a regulatory complaint against FedEx.
( Additionally I was only asked to provide the actual invoice of the package and nothing else which I did provide but still my package was not released. Also I had an another shipment coming from the same place in USA with same package material and that was delivered without any issue, that tracking number is[protected], if this package was delivered to me without any issue then why the package under tracking#[protected] has not been delivered yet ) Was this information helpful? |
