So I ordered two flowers with total amount as Rs. 4097.0, Order ID: [protected] - for Mothers Day
I was contacted by their employee Rosy (+91 [protected]), who informed both the flowers which i had ordered was not available with them. So I asked them to kindly cancel the order and refund me. They said they will send me an intimation of cancellation via email. However I have not received anything.
I have tried calling them almost 10 times and nobody answers my calls.
This is example of extreme poor customer service. Such type of agency should not be allowed to even work. Firstly they lie about their inventory and refuse to take any calls or refund me. Was this information helpful? |
