I had the same experience. The tracker on website shows that the package has arrived in Bangalore on 22nd November. Yet it has not been delivered at my place yet.
I have been calling the Bangalore Flyking courier office number[protected] since 28th and since then they keep saying it is out for delivery, yet the package never arrives.
The woman who answered the phone has been rude from the very beginning. Today when I called for the 3rd time, she actually shouted at me for taking up and wasting HER TIME with my useless enquiries. VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
As of 30th November the package has not been delivered.
FAIL 1: Package sitting at the facility for 8 days and still not delivered.
FAIL 2: Rude response to customer enquiries
FAIL 3: Instead of apologizing for their failures, they are shouting at the customers.

The Bangalore Office people[protected]said his name was Naresh Kumar) are now actually slamming down the phone if asked why the delivery hasn't been made yet.

Emailed Fyking Customer Care (both head office & regional office) on 10th December in order to lodge a complaint and receive some status update. Follow up email sent on 12th December. Email has been sent by both me and the sender of the package.
Still no response from anyone/anywhere. Let alone solving the issue, I was not even contacted for enquiries. Package was not delivered and neither was it returned to the sender and no refund of the money either. Here are the email ids that were marked in the complaint.

Despite sending mails to both local office & the headquarters, (from both sender & receiver addresses) we have not received any response at all from any ends at all.
The consumer forum seems to be filled with complaints against Flyking and yet their response and service are worst. Does making complaints have any effect at all?
