I took the food panda's service on 8th monday september 2019 (Order number: v7at-fz96). I started order my meal about 18.25 using food panda application on my phone. At that time, the application showed that the delivery should be done in 17 mins (18.42). Then, the meal was arrived on 19.26, which was about 40 minutes late!!! All my food was cooled. All ice cubes in my drink got malted. My fried chicken in burger and french fries were not crispy anymore as it supposed to be. Then, i did complain the same thing as i mentioned above to a deliver. She kept replying that she felt so sorry. She didnt know how to get to my place, which she had never called me to give her direction to my location. Whatever reasons for this late delivery, i felt like i got lesser than half price quality of food that i paid for full price. And within this 40 minutes late, i think i can go out and finish having my diner before the time you finish delivering.
To be honest, if i chose to pay by cash, i would refuse to get my food. But i selected to pay you by credit card, which i knew it's difficult to refuse and ask for refund.
Now, i am losing my trust to your service. And i have no idea why i should use your service if i have this issue.
