Food Panda — Non delivery of order and still refuse to give refund

Good panda failed to deliver the ordered food that they sms to inform me that the delivery is delayed. Subsequently another sms send to say delivery cancelled. And without delivery, food panda still charge and refuse to give refund or proof that the food was sent. Very dishonest act and even with email showing non delivery they still didn’t give refund. Bad service.
