I was asked to do ultrasound since my wife is pregnant and when I approached the radiology department requesting an urgent ultrasound to be done the staff told me it might take 2-3 hours to go through it however it's been 5 hours now still ultrasound is not done yet and staff is not answering anything to question asked.
