I went with my family (me, my wife and two children, one 3 years old and the other 6 years old) to watch animal movie at 2:30 on 17th December. I reached the ticket counter at 2:00 pm on time.
But they did not give me the ticket saying that I have children with me and they are below 18 years of age and I cannot watch the movie with them.
I talked to the manager there and requested him but he also refused me. I was not even given a ticket.
But after some time some more families come there whose children will be around 8 to 10 years old. But they were not stopped and those people were allowed to go. When I asked them back, why did you allow those people to die and why did you not stop them? Then he told me to take the ticket also. By then my movie was about 15 minutes long. Then when I took the ticket, they made tickets for both my children also.
I have some questions for you
Do you also make tickets for children below 5 years?
Do you discriminate against customers?
There were many children of my small children, no one took their tickets, so why was my ticket taken?
And why did me and my family suffer?
please answer me
