I selected the above policy because samsung had provided a never mind offer for onetime screen replacement.
I tried contacting gadgetcops.in [protected] several times they asked to contact syncnscan [protected]. Even after several repeated attempts there was no polite reply or would get to an automatic call receiving system asking to record a message after the beep.in addition i had sent several emails to [protected]@gadgetcops.in and to [protected]@syncnscan.com (As per conversation with gadgetcops.in).
