I had raised a complaint this morning for repair of my Geberit cistern that was continuously overflowing, the ticket number is G[protected], the same was attended by the Geberit technician Amit Kumar who told me that he will have to replace the basket to stop water overflow. Amit asked me to buy the basket from the market and give it to him for replacement. This is completely surprising and unacceptable as the original spare part has to be provided by the company. How would customers find it if the company itself cant provide the same? I called the Geberit Call centre again in the evening but they were not able to provide any solution.
