I am Karthick and i bought a Voltas AC as per attached invoice details from Girias
- Keelkatalai dated 20th Feb.
When the Voltas technician came to fix the AC it was noticed that there are some issues with the product delivered like it is already unpacked and repacked, few items inside were damaged and missing.(ex photos attached)
In this regard I have contacted Girias to replace the product, however they seem to be highly irresponsible and giving so much of false information. The person name is Vignesh from Girias Keelkatalai showroom. He is fully being irresponsible and a sign of creating bad impression both for the showroom and also to Voltas
So far there is no fix to the product and i am highly disappointed with the service provided so far.
