On 3/28/22, I received a call from Gizmo Help stating that my agreement that I had paid 199.99 for was going to expire and f I did not call them to cancel the coverage, they would automatically bill me over 8, 000.00 for their five year coverage plan.
So in order for me to cancel, they stated that they needed to do a cancellation form, but they needed to get into my computer to prepare the form. I then downloaded the program to allow them to get into my computer, We went through the process and then I was passed on to a "supervisor". Who started typing this cancellation form, As he was typing this form, he somehow subtracted a number from the over $8000 that they were going to charge me to renew and came of with a charge of $1400. I explained to him that I would not be paying him $1400. He then treatened to berate me and said how my bank will be billed for the $8000 and I would be overdrawn and then be charged with bank fees.
