1. Purchased on 06 March 2024, the product stopped functioning on 12 April. I wrote to the [protected]@glenindia.com on 17 April and response came requesting my address details which were shared.
2. Nothing happened till 23 April so I again wrote and reply came on 25 April.
3. My complaint was registered under SB/2024/4/PB/873082 dt 18 April 2024.
4. One technician visited my house on 30 April and told that the electric circuit has malfunctioned and needs to be replaced. As and when the replacement comes it will be rectified.
5. Nobody has responded till date. It is 15 May 2024. I will be leaving the station permanently in two weeks time and need to shift my house. I am facing the unnecessary issue and being held hostage by the company service providers.
