Hi, We bought a Glen Chimney in Dec 2021 and got it installed by calling Glen customer care with reference job no: SB/2021/12/TN/295502.
Chimney Model - Glen ISPA 60 cm BL filterless Auto Clean Wall Mounted Chimney (Black 1050 CMH)
It stopped working from July 2022. And we reported to customer care via email on 14th July and following up from since. But nobody from service center visited yet. When asked for update they say that nobody picked the call.
But we get calls from nearby city service center many times already and pestering us whether we have the bills / under warranty / asking for the service center details which installed the chimney. We have shared that we have bill, it's under warranty and the Glen job number. They can just look up in the system based on the job number to get the service center details.
Seems they are not ready to pick up the service since it's under warranty and service should be free.
What kind of pathetic service is this!!!?
