It has been an immense tragedy to my family when my Father passed away on 12th of OCT after he underwent a transplant operation on 9th Oct where my sister donated her liver.
My family is still reeling with this heavy loss and my mother is still in a state of trauma.
There was no official explanation to his death from the Hospital side, the death summary did not explain the exact cause of his death. I was handed the report without any explanation or at least basic humanitarian sympathies from your ICU staff. It was as if they have handed me a invoice of a consumer product.
We had immense faith in the doctors at Global hospital which is totally shattered now, after conducting all the tests and clearance from all the departments my father underwent the surgery. He died in the ICU in less than 3 days’ time and yet no single doctor contacted the my family to explain the cause of this death.
The amount for the operation was increased by RS 5 Lakhs from 19 to 24 lakhs in a span of few days when my father was admitted in the hospital. Even he was not allocated a room until we paid the difference amount.

He died in 3 days time and the package was said to be valid for 21 days. Not a single rupee was refunded for the remaining 17 to 18 days even though the package amount was said to be collected for room rents, medications and surgery. We pooled in all the family savings and brought in debits for his surgery.
We were made to caugh up more then Rs 32 lks for the various pre work up tests and infections treatment for both the Donor and Recipient.
Please tell me how can I get justice against this huge unjustice to my family.
I have every reciept and bill issued by the hospital.
