I logged the complaint ( my complaint no - B[protected] ) mutiples times to Godrej customer care, right from 26th March 23, still I face the problem. But no one is bothered to cure this issue, 2 times the person came at my home for repair and changed some parts, and went. First time when he visited he said your fan has an issue so need to change and then he changed, at that moment my fridge worked properly for few days and again I faced some issue when 2nd time he was arrived he changed some timer or starter etc now after 2 or 3 days 3 time again I'm facing the issue of freezing. First and foremost why it's not getting clear in one time itself, secondly I called thrice or more than that to customer care service of godrej they are not even bothered to send some technique within 24 to 48 hours but they are visiting after the tat. I'm following up with them more than a week. What kind of an attitude is this from godrej service provider and customer care service. I didn't expected this kind of an attitude from such a pioneer company. This is not the way they need to treat their consumers. Was this information helpful? |
