I am continuously calling grofers team and bank to get my refund but no one is responding everyone is asking to contact other one.
I have cancelled the order on 02 jan 2022 which had amount 527/-
Amount has to be refunded to me by 7th jan but till now it is not received.
Grofers customer service is asking that they have refunded the amount and their work has been done now is i want my money back then i have to file dispute in bank. It is no responsibility of grofers. Was this information helpful? |
