I have received a damaged product which has cut in the middle of the packet, post receiving that product, I Instantly lodged a complaint on by calling on their customer care number, its been more that 5 days, they have not responded properly.
They have put the shaker (which was free) and the bag of the whey proteins in the same container, hence it might have get damaged during shipment, but the customer care people are continuously pressurizing me the accept that, the damage had occurred at my end.

As already informed to one of the customers care executive that there was no cushioning support provide to the product.
Additionally the gifted shaker was also in the same package (which has solid edges) there might be a possibility of damage due to :
1.Pressure by hands
2.Transportation mishandling
3.Impact / damage due to shaker.
