I raised service request .xxx0482 a month back because my compress was not working. Agent came after a week and informed that PCB board has issue and since it is in warranty it will be replaced free of cost. After 2 weeks i got a sms saying 'Your call no .xxx0482 is closed in our system'.
I again called the customer care and they asked me to raise new service request and admitted by mistake it was closed. New service request xxx4549 was raised. After two weeks (on July 5th) the service request was closed automatically without my approval.
I called back to the service center, customer care, mailed them multiple times, contacted via twitter... Zero response till now.
I suffered a lot with Hitachi this summer and never ever seen such a service from any company till now. Was this information helpful? |
