Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Urgent- Advance paid 2 months back but AC still not repaired

It has been more than 2 months, I had requested repair of my split AC. The technician visited in March and had taken advance of Rs 2000 (sent to +[protected]). They later cancelled the existing call and placed a new one with number [protected]. I have been calling the technician and Hitachi's customer care, however, both are hanging up on me- the technician has blocked my number and Hitachi customer care knowingly stage network drama and put the call on hold. I had requested CC three times to escalate the issue due to which I received a call +[protected] from the escalation department but they haven't done anything since last month. I have now my money stuck, time wasted and am repenting of make a choice of purchasing Hitachi AC. The worst part is that during the initial chat with technician he said the product is available in India but they is some issue with logistics. How long can a part take to move from 1 part of India to other? Please help me get my hard earned money back.
