So we got a mutual fund by ICICI years back.
We wanted to redeem our money recently and updated all details online, except few issues
1. The bank account linked to it is very old and not in service anymore. And it cannot be updated online easily.
2. Moreover some of the dividends over past few years could also not be redeeemed by us due to same reason.
To resolve all of this, we looked up ICICI MF Jaipur office address on website and thought of visiting there only to not being able to find out where that office is after visiting location.
We asked around as well, even at nearest ICICI Insurance office but no one knew.
So we called Customer care number and asked them if they can share some office landline number so someone at the branch can help us.
To our surprise they were hell bent on not sharing any branch number inspite o[censored]s explaining our situation clearly and were just giving the same address.
We tried multiple times asking them for some help but no results.
Now we are completely stuck just wanting to redeem our own money .
This is very distasteful custom service and policies.
Relationship managers are actually nowhere to be seen if they do exist to help anyone out. Was this information helpful? |
