I had raised a complaint through IFB customer care since my washing machine was not working. The service engineer from Vishaka Enterprises, Selaiyur, Chennai visited on Mon 8th Feb and initially reported a door lock issue but later he said it was a motherboard issue. Wed 10th Feb he again visited and changed both door lock and PCB along with an additional Service Charge of 590, totally he has charged me Rs.4855. He was very suspicious in the way he communicated and I doubt the real cost of the spares and its genuity as he did not even give me the box in which it came, even after insisting. I need help to understand the real spares & services price.

Dear IFB,
IfB washing machine had issues of non draining water.Lodged complaint on your customer care.Service technician came and replaced Power sensor and a pair of shock absorbers.Along with 2 packs of Fabo and 4 packs of decade he made a bill of whopping 7750 Rs which was paid.
As I could not find genuine spare price list I checked websites where Power supply sensor is priced around 600 Rs. ( It was Rs.2500 on bill for me) and pair of shock absorbers also around Rs.600 ( my charge was Rs.2830).This is nothing but daylight robbery by IFB Authorised service centre at Mysore.p
