My Washing Machine is under Warranty, Purchased it in Oct, 2022. Service Personnel by the name Mr. Manjit, from a Franchise Service Centre visited my house to perform a free WARRANTY Service (pl. note I never asked for it) and after his visit my machine started giving problem . Machine which was working absolutely fine started giving problem after warranty visit).
Then on 5th Feb, 2023 when a dealer personnel visited, he said that the earlier representative had reduced the water pressure and has blocked the pipe from where conditioner for fabrics flows..
Although my problem is resolved but I would IFB to take strict action against personnel who are there to sell their products and create a problem for the customer under the name of free service. Was this information helpful? |
