I have purchased Washing Machine in Oct 2022 and my machine is working fine. On 23rd Jan, 2024 I got a call from the franchise service centre of IFB and they insisted that I should get a Warranty service done . Personnel by the name Mr. Majit visited my house and his entire focus was to sell products to me. After his visit and after completion of so call WARRANTY SERVICE, my machine started giving problems.
On 5th Feb, 2024 when I registered a complaint with IFB, delaer personnel visited and was able to identify that the earlier service personnel has reduced the water pressure and have blocked the pipe from where coolent/fabric conditioner is consumed by the machine.
Although my problem is resolved, I would like IFB to take strict action against the personnel and in future if I get any problem with the machine because of this, I should either be compensated or my machine should be replaced.. Was this information helpful? |
