I visited you faridabad sector 16 a branch couple of days ago for my motor insurance renewal but this time i am really disappointed by the behavior of the staff, i visited twice there once for asking the details and second day for renewing the policy but i wasn't told the complete things to be required on which asking the senior there that why i wasnt told the complete things he replied sir this is india this is how we work. Harrasing the customer, making the customer visit again and again is not a big deal for them. I have used iffco tokio services for a long 14 years but i will make sure not to renew any insurance from iffco tokio anymore and will surely tell others about this incident so people can be aware about the staff there not only this i will definitely send a leagel complaint to mcf also as they are using residential property for a commercial use.
