IFFCO Tokio General Insurance (worst company I have ever came across in my life) do have my number and they keep calling me since last 3 years. I used to explain same thing that if I will need to renew policy I will contact you please dont call or message me but the useless employees working there were not able to get what it means. I have raised DND request by talking with their customer care and by sending email on 22 september 2020 so that is before 75 days but till today its not been activated in my number and I still get 4 to 5 messages every week regarding same policy which is not even mine.
HUGE SECURITY ISSUE: IFFCO Tokio General Insurance messages me for someone else policy and same can be case with my policies (They might have messaged someone else if I do have policy which is expiring). The reason why its security issue is because of privacy. I used that policy number and had call with their support and was able to get all info regarding the owner of policy, such potential information should never be disclosed like I was able to get their name, email, mobile number, vehicle information (This is not ethical and IFFCO Tokio should be fine in lakhs for not maintaining privacy of their users). This is not at all ethical thing. My information should never be reveled and no one should get messages for my policies.
I have sent more than 50 emails for activating DND and looking into this matter and they do claim that DND has been activated in my number but I still keep getting messages. I do have reference email of same and call recording but cannot paste here as it do have my number but if required I will give it to one who needs verification regarding what I wrote above.
