i purchase alto 80 vxi from jamkash jammu as on 14.10.2014 and vehicle insured by your insurance company iffco tokio general insurance.
my car accident at pathankote as on 03.08.2015 and car loses 100%. the car handed over to your agency jamkash at pathankote after all formalities for insurance claim, but you insurance employee is not properly treating us even i visit for more then 20 times at that place. i am risiding 200 km from that spot and i waist my two days for one visit. Even i am showing irrigularity with my work and suffering a lot. even all the documents subimitted required by him.He says you have to pay for the yard where we have kept you vehicle. Please guide me which rules he want to convey to me. why he is playing with your goodwill. please guide me which door i have to knock for my redressall, even IRDA time to time guide us for our redressall but primarly i have to knock your door. i think you know the value of customer and surely redress my matter and respond accordingly. the person dealing to us namely baba is not a good sales man, he is treating us like slaves. Please do right full and convey accordingly.
I also request at jamkash jammu for redressall, these peolpe only know to sell policy but not about redressall. they all time call me for renewal when i talk about my problem they hands up.
