My Commercial Vehicle met with an accident 5 months back.This vehicle had more than 75 % damage. The company have no office in Varanasi hence difficult to reach. Tried umpteen times to reach to the Insurance company to understand the status of the Vehicle .
After 3 months I came to know that Insurance company has instructed Service Center to repair the Vehicle and now the Vehicle is repaired. I am forced to accept the Vehicle as nothing can be done now.
I am struggling with their customer care number and grievance officer since last 2 months to highlight the gap in the claim settlement. I even raised the complaint to IRDA. Company is replying inappropriately to the complaint and hiding the fact.
Now they are saying that Service Center should inform you. We had told you verbally. Fact is none of the person informed me about estimate. Both are saying that we work on verbal basis. Despite all the facts, they are saying that they will not be able to listen anything as the vehicle is repaired. Customer has no option but to take the vehicle paying the balance liability. Every part of one month old Vehicle is repaired forcefully which should not be.
They are not even sharing their Seniors email id or contact details. I tried every possible way to approach to their senior management to highlight the issue but could not get from anywhere. Can some one help me to highlight the case to senior management of Iffco Tokio.
They have no fear of writing misleading facts on email and letter that too against complaint lodged in IRDA.
