Dear Concern,
I am happy to avail your mobile services in Delhi after porting from another network, and I started using Airtel Money and I was happy to use it. At the time of activation Airtel executive told me that "Super Account" is having all the facility with respect to other plan.
Now when I was trying to book stuffs from online through Airtel Money, then its showing your account is not Power Account and can't use online services.
When I did contact to the Customer Care they are telling you can't do shopping online. I was surprised what is this nonsense. I told them at the time of activation non of you told me this issue, they replied
rudely you are telling lie, we never share wrong information.
I am very much disappointed with this very bad service of Airtel. by the way I have recorded the conversation with the customer care executive.
