I have booked a tatkal ticket from PCOI to PPTA for LTT SPJ SF SPL (01043) on 5th March, 2023 and date of journey was 6th March, 2023.
For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
Status was turned to cr registered, but the Amount was not refunded yet.
I am not sure what else i might be missing to...

It is intimated that while booking a ticket on 19 th June, 2023 my money got deducted but the ticket has not been booked yet. Despite complaining several times, my money has not been refunded yet.Kindly do the needful at the earliest. I am attaching screenshot of the same for your reference....

On[protected], I tried booking CSMT DURONTO EXP (12290) from Nagpur to Mumbai through IRCTC mobile app. The amount of 1398.60/- was deducted, but the booking was not confirmed. Please refund the amount asap....
I was depositing Rs 9320 to my irctc e wallet account from my credit card.
