I am very sorry that even after talking twice to your Customer service telephone call.
I am unable to get a refund approx Rs 13600 from you till this date.
This is complete stupidity on the part of the Airline by not refunding money and holding the same without any genuine reason.
Please check and send us a refund for any further delay.
In case if the Indigo fails to credit the amount, you have to pay Interest on delay payment at commercial rate of interest. Was this information helpful? |
