I have already submitted all the necessary documents on 15.08.2023 for the cancellation of my admission, as it was said on 16.08.2023 that my cancellation of admission has been accepted and they started the process of initiating refund but it has been almost two months since I initiated the process. I have made several attempts to contact the university via email regarding the status of my refund, but unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever.
As a student, I hold IGNOU in high regard, and I have always been appreciative of the university's commitment to excellence in education. However, the lack of communication and the delay in processing my refund have caused me great financial distress. I am currently facing a situation o[censored]rgent financial requirement, and the refund of my admission fees is crucial in helping me address this issue.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. It is my understanding that IGNOU has a well-established and efficient system for processing refunds, and I believe this situation is an exception rather than the rule. I would appreciate it if you could expedite the process and ensure the prompt refund of 4700 Rupees to the account from which the payment was originally made.
