Thanks Amit, This is good. Why u people are arranging interviews ? Just pick anybody from the nearby highways and hire them as u need. As u are saying, Till now u guys are not facing such a complaint, now ur wait is over.
Actually, please don't take interviews i[censored] are not capable to take interviews in that particular domain.
What i hurts me ? : For example - if your employee HR executive will ask you about leave then what u will do just say go for interviews...Yes should be..
I hope you may understand ! What someone feel if anybody is needful for job and guys at your companies asking me about some other agencies for same domain.
I don't think mailing to you will be a solution for me.
So be happy with Innovatiview & best of luck !

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. I will read the recommended. However, we have our interviewing parameters and we adhere to them. Sometimes some things are relevant to some people and seems irrelevant to other ones. The information about other agencies was asked to check your domain and market knowledge. Still we apologize because we could not calibrate.
